Return Eligibility

At Duckorama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique collectible ducks! You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at hermsalehouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Ship the item back to: (Once you have a return confirmation)

• Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we receive the returned item.

Special Cases

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damaged item or the incorrect item received to expedite the process.

Exceptions to the Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance items.
• Custom or personalized products.
• Products that have been used or altered in any way.
